These are the working terms for the PropAgents private beta. They are written to be read, not to hide things. A fuller version ships with public launch; if anything here is unclear, ask at beta@propagents.app.

Risk disclosure

PropAgents is analysis software, not financial advice. Nothing on this site or inside the product is investment advice, a signal, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. The bias scores, gates, simulations and written reviews are analytical tools computed from data, and every one of them can be wrong.

Trading futures, foreign exchange and CFDs carries substantial risk of loss. You can lose more than you deposit. It is not suitable for everyone.
Simulations (Monte Carlo, challenge odds) are resamples of your own past trades. Past performance does not predict future results. A 90% simulated pass rate is not a promise — it is a description of your history.
Prop firm rule sets change frequently. We verify rules against published terms and show the check date and source, but your agreement with the firm is the only document that counts. Confirm rules with the firm before paying for anything.
PropAgents is not affiliated with Topstep, Apex Trader Funding, Take Profit Trader, MyFundedFutures, FTMO or any other firm named in the product.

Terms of service

By using the beta you agree to the following:

The beta is provided as-is. Feeds can lag, numbers can be wrong, features can change or disappear. Do not make trading decisions that depend on this software being right.
Your account is yours. One login per person; Firm plans cover the stated number of seats.
Your data is yours. You can export your journal as CSV at any time and delete your account by emailing us. We do not sell your data.
Fair use. No scraping, reselling or redistributing the data feeds or analysis without a Firm plan that includes it.
Refunds during beta: if you paid and it did not work for you, tell us within 14 days and we refund it. No forms.

Privacy policy

The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run the product, and your journal is nobody's business but yours.

What we store: your email, your plan, your journal entries and notes, and standard server logs. Journals are stored per-account and are never shared, sold, or used to train models.
AI processing: when you use the Edge Analyser, your computed statistics (not your raw identity) are sent to Anthropic's API to generate the written review. Anthropic does not train on this data under their commercial terms.
Email: beta and product emails only. Every email has a working unsubscribe. Reply "stop" and you are off the list.
Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.
Deletion: email beta@propagents.app and your account and journal are erased within 7 days.
